The Montessori Infant-Toddler Assistant Training program (modeled after the High Performance Montessori Assistant for 3-6 classrooms), this program covers both philosophy and classroom responsibilities of an infant or toddler assistant including topics such as the prepared environment, observation, classroom role, sensitive periods, getting along with the directress, diapering, feeding, resolving tantrums, respect, independence and many more. The program includes an "assistant's notes" evaluation tool similar to the High Performance Montessori Assistant program. Also included is a separate review DVD with additional explanations on each of 46 key points and a bonus DVD of Ginny Varga speaking on each of the sensitive periods.

This program does not replace a certified Montessori assistant training program.
